No — both trade and retail customers can order online or at our Glasgow trade counter. A trade account simply unlocks discounted trade pricing, 30-day credit terms and faster checkout.
How do I collect my order?
Order online and we'll check stock and email you when it's confirmed and ready. Orders placed before 4pm, Monday to Friday, are processed the same day: we confirm your order and have it ready to collect within 30 minutes. Orders placed after 4pm, or at the weekend, are processed the next working day. Collect from our trade counter at 25 Birkmyre Road, Glasgow, quoting your order number. Loading bay assistance is available for bulk or pallet orders.
When will my card be charged?
Your card is authorised when you place your order, but only charged once we've confirmed what's in stock, and only for the items we can supply. Orders placed before 4pm, Monday to Friday, are processed the same day: we confirm your order and have it ready to collect within 30 minutes. If something's unexpectedly unavailable, we release the authorisation and email you, and you're not charged for it.

What are your trade counter opening hours?
Monday to Friday 07:30–17:00 (last collection 16:45) and Saturday 08:00–12:00 (last collection 11:45). Closed Sundays.

What is your returns policy?
