Trade Counter Sales Assistant
We’re looking for you to:
- Deal with customers face to face at the trade counter
- Deal with customer calls, emails and enquiries
- Show an interest in customer projects
- Monitor warehouse stock level
- Assist with stock counts
- Make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work
Skills required:
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Organised, with attention to detail
- Good time management
- Computer literate
Personal attributes:
- Previous experience of working in a trade counter role
- Experience of roofing products in an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided
- Enthusiastic and motivated
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Can work independently but fits in well in a team
- Work safely in line with Health and Safety guidelines
Hours:
- Full-time, Permanent
- Monday – Friday 7:30-17:00 and alternative Saturdays 08:00-12:00
